In 2023 the Permunian family acquired Villa Maria Teresa with the intention of bringing this enchanting place back to new life, attracting future spouses from all over the world. Villa Maria Teresa is located inside a park of 10,000 square meters and is immersed in the beautiful region of Veneto, near the lush area of the Po Delta. Its proximity to some cities of high historical and artistic value such as Ferrara and Verona, as well as breathtaking landscapes such as those of Lake Garda, up to the majestic mountain ranges of the Dolomites, makes it a place full of charm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
